Terms & Conditions
Version 1 · last updated 15 Oct 2026Version 1 — draft for review. These terms apply to everyone who uses TMP, our workforce and job management system, whether through the website, the TMP mobile app or the customer portal.
1. About these terms
TMP is provided by Elite Traffic Management, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [Company number]) whose registered office is at 8 Brunell Gate, Brunell Industrial Park, Harworth, Doncaster, DN11 8QB, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").
These terms explain how you may use TMP. They sit alongside the agreement under which you work with us (your engagement, contract of employment or subcontractor agreement) or, for customers, your company's agreement with us. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
By selecting Accept you confirm that you have read these terms and our Privacy Policy and agree to follow these terms.
2. Your account
Your account is for you alone. Do not share your username, password or login codes with anyone, and do not let anyone else use TMP while you are signed in.
Choose a strong password that you do not use anywhere else.
Tell us straight away if you think someone else knows your password or has used your account.
Sign out when you use a shared or public computer.
We may ask you for a code sent to your email when you sign in, to check that it is really you.
3. Keeping your information accurate
The details and documents you give us must be true, complete and your own. This includes your personal details, right-to-work documents, qualifications, cards, licences and medical certificates.
Keep them up to date. If a document expires or your circumstances change (for example your address, your driving licence or your fitness to work), update TMP or tell us promptly.
Uploading a false, altered or someone else's document is serious misconduct. We may end your engagement and report it to the relevant authorities.
TMP will stop you being booked onto work when a required document or qualification is missing or has expired. This protects you, our customers and the public.
4. Using TMP for your work
Update your shift status (en route, on site, complete) honestly and at the time it happens.
Photos you take in TMP, including method-of-signage photos, are stamped with the time and location. Take them on site at the time shown. Do not try to change, fake or reuse them.
Fill in forms, vehicle checks and reports truthfully and completely. Report defects, incidents and near misses as soon as it is safe to do so.
Only sign a health, safety or quality document once you have read and understood it. Your signature confirms that you have.
Never use TMP while driving. Pull over somewhere safe first.
TMP does not replace your health and safety duties. Always follow the risk assessment and method statement, the site rules and the instructions of your supervisor.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
try to see, change or remove information you have not been given access to;
use another person's account, or help someone use yours;
copy, download or share information from TMP except as your work requires;
upload anything harmful, offensive, unlawful or that you do not have the right to share;
interfere with how TMP works, test its security, copy or reverse-engineer it, or use automated tools to collect information from it;
use TMP for any purpose other than work with us.
6. Confidential information
TMP holds personal information about colleagues and information about our customers, jobs, sites and prices. Treat everything you see in TMP as confidential. Use it only for the work it was given to you for, and never share it outside our company or with customers unless your work requires it. These duties continue after you stop working with us.
7. Customer users
If you use the customer portal on behalf of your company:
you confirm that you are authorised by your company to do so;
job requests, approvals, rejections and other actions you take in the portal are treated as instructions from your company;
information about our operatives that you see in the portal is shared so that you can confirm they are eligible, qualified and safe to work on your sites. Use it only for that purpose, keep it secure and do not keep it longer than you need. You are responsible for handling it in line with data protection law.
8. Availability of TMP
We work to keep TMP available and secure, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free from errors. It may be unavailable while we carry out maintenance or updates. The mobile app keeps some work on your phone and sends it when you are back online. If something has not sent, it will show in the app; tell us if it does not clear.
9. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Otherwise, our responsibilities to you are those set out in the agreement under which you work with us or under which your company is our customer.
10. Ownership of TMP
TMP, including its design, software and content, belongs to us or the people we licence it from. You may use it only as these terms allow. Records you create in TMP as part of your work (for example forms, reports and photos) belong to us, as part of our business records.
11. Suspending or closing your account
We may suspend or disable your account if you break these terms, if we need to protect the security of TMP or other people, or when you stop working with us. Disabling an account does not delete the records connected to it. We keep them for as long as the law and our business needs require, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a significant change, TMP will ask you to read and accept the new version before you carry on. If you do not accept it, you will not be able to use TMP. Please speak to us if you have concerns.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
14. Contact us
If you have a question about these terms, contact us at [Contact email] or [Contact phone], or write to us at 8 Brunell Gate, Brunell Industrial Park, Harworth, Doncaster, DN11 8QB, United Kingdom.
